1/202 Wall enclosing courtyard south of
Whittington Hall

GV II

Wall, probably 1830s, sandstone rubble with saddleback coping. On the east
side is an entrance flanked by gate piers with ball finials. At the
southern end of this wall is a further pier with ball finial. On the south
side the wall has openings with iron.railings. On the west side it is
stepped up over a chamfered gateway with Tudor arch.
