Farmhouse. Mid C17 with late C18 or early C19 alterations and additions. Coursed limestone rubble with freestone dressings. Collyweston stone slated roofs. T-plan ridge stack, gable end stacks with two and one shaft all of ashlar with moulded cornices. Two storeys with attics, L-plan with single storey C18 addition to back range. Parapet gables with chamfered stone copings. Original ovolo moulded mullioned windows in each elevation with blocked pointed four-centred arched doorway in east elevation. West elevation; two ground floor C19 four-paned hung sash windows to left hand of entrance with six-panelled door and rectangular fanlight; one first floor three-light casement window with stone ovolo mullions and one wooden three-light casement window with wooden lintel.
Interior: large open hearth to rear kitchen with chamfered mantel beam, other hearths sealed, one stone chimney piece to first floor north room with moulded jambs; stop-chamfered and boxed ceiling beams.
