House, now shop. Early C19 with later alterations. Red brick with painted
stone dressings and slate roof. Three storeys and 3 bays. C20 shop front
across full width to ground floor, C19 cornice and carved brackets to top.
Ashlar first floor sill band, broken to outer bays by late C19 canted bay
windows with plate glass sashes, moulded cornices and hipped leaded roofs.
Central plate glass sash below cambered wedge lintel with raised voussoirs
and keystone. Above 3 shallow 8 pane sashes below similar heads, with
projecting sills. Timber brackets to eaves. End stacks. Included for
group value.
