House, formerly the Baptist Chapel. c.1830. Gault brick, low
pitched hipped slate roof. Two storeys, symmetrical three 'bay'
facade. Main entrance with double, panelled doors in recessed
round headed brick arches with painted inscription 'Strict
Baptist Chapel. Providence' in tympanum. Two ground floor
sixteen-paned hung sash windows in segmental headed brick arches
and three similar first flor windows. School room to left hand
with shaped parapet masking roof, four flush-panelled door with
round headed brick arch and 'School Room' inscribed on
tympanum. One sixteen-paned hung sash window.
