Farmhouse, C.18. Sandstone rubble, stone slate roof with gable chimneys. T-plan: 2 bays and 2 storeys, with lower 2-storey rear extension. Almost symmetrical; single-storey gabled porch offset left of centre, with plain doorway likewise offset; two 2-light windows each floor, that to left of porch with square flush mullion. Built gable to slope on spring-line of hillside; listed as good example of its type and date.
