GV II

House, 1752. Rendered rubble with slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays, with flush chamfered mullioned windows of 3 lights on the ground floor and 2 lights above. Door, between bays under a modern glazed porch, has a stone surround with a slight chamfer. Above is an oval plaque inscribed: 'TRT [?] 1752'. Gable chimneys. At the rear a cross window lights the stair. Adjoins rear of Richmond Grove House (q.v.)
