Farmhouse and cottage. Mid and late C18. Hammer-dressed
watershot stone with graduated stone slate and C20 tile
roof. Single-depth plan with 3 storeys, 2 bays, later
outshut to rear, wing to left and 2-bay cottage to right.
Central door (now blocked) with square-cut surround. 5-light
double-chamfered rendered mullion windows to ground and
first floor bay 1, and 2 and 3-light recessed flat-faced
mullion windows (the former with mullion missing) to bay 2.
The top floor was added in later C18 and has two 4-light
recessed flat-faced mullion windows. Gable chimney stacks.
Similar 3-light windows to rear and a taking-in door. The
cottage is of an earlier date, has quoins, a C20 porch a 2-
light recessed chamfered mullion window and 4-light recessed
flat-faced windows to rear. Formerly part of a longer range.
