Cottage and house. C17 with early C20 extension. Timber-framed with
roughcast render, thatched roofs and painted brick with slate roof. Red
brick end stack to left hand, C17 ridge stack and C20 red brick ridge stack
to right hand. One storey and attics and two storeys. Original cottage with
lobby entry and lower range to right hand with two storey brick extension to
left hand. Three ground floor three-light horizontal sliding sash windows
with boarded shutters; boarded door to left hand (No. 7), four-panelled door
in lobby entry position, and four-panelled door to right hand (No. 9). Three
horizontal sliding sash dormer windows with plain tiles to roof below. C20
extension with paired hung sash windows at ground floor bay window and first
floor.
