House. c.1890. At right-hand end of terrace of 5 houses.
Brick with painted dressings and slate roof. Double-depth
plan with 2 bays and 2 storeys (plus attic). Projecting
plinth, first floor band and decorative brick eaves detail.
Recessed porch with 4-panel door to left with window above.
2-storey canted bay window to right. Gabled dormer attic
window. All windows formerly sashes altered c.1980. Gable
chimney stack. Listed as home of L. S. Lowry from 1909 to
1947.
