House. Late C17 with early C18 and later additions and alterations.
Timber-framed and plastered. Painted brick. Gault brick ridge stack. Plain
tiled roofs; hipped roofs to west wing. Two storeys, two unit lobby entry
plan with rear stair. Early C18 cross wing to west with open pedimented
facade enriched by modillions with a first floor venetian window. The ground
floor twelve-paned hung sash window has a traceried frieze with a carved rams
head under an Ionic capital forming a keystone. Entrance to rear, main range
with two ground floor and two first floor three-light horizontal sliding
sashes.
