Late Cl8 or early Cl9. 3 storeys in red brick, ground floor rendered and carved
as stone, with Welsh slate roof. 4 windows, most retaining glazing bars,
gauged brick arches. 3 windows on ground floor with modern casements. Door
of 6 panels under glazed rectangular fanlight. Doorway with plain pilasters
and entablature, and to passage doorway. Area guard with iron standards.

The Farm Produce Hall and No 25 form a group with the Bakers Vaults PH.
