Detached house.
Early C19. Stuccoed. Low-pitched hipped slate roof with deep eaves. Two storeys and
basement. Three bays. Sash windows with glazing bars in plain stuccoed architraves
and with shaped blind cases. Ground floor central doorway flanked by pilasters and
French windows onto verandah which has a tented zinc roof on thin iron posts, and a
flight of steps at the centre. The wooden balustrade to the verandah is C20.
Basement sashes beneath the verandah. Two bay right hand return. Brick chimneystack
at left hand end. Situated on rising ground above the River Erme.
