Early C19. Three storeys in brick with modillion eaves cornice. Rainwater head dated 1743. Two windows, hung sashes with glazing bars, stucco lintels to first floor. Late C19 bowed shop front to ground floor, carved consoles. Basement is under end of raised terrace to front.
No 8 and No 13 (Bulls Head Public House) form a group with Bank Chambers, St Petergate.
