Beam-engine house. Circa mid-late C19. Killas and granite rubble with granite
dressings. Timber lintels over the openings (some lintels decayed).
Plan: Rectangular 1-room plan with thicker front bob wall.
Exterior: 3 storeys over basement plinth. Unaltered elevations but with some
masonry over some of the openings fallen. Front (bob) wall has central doorway.
Rear gable wall has central opening to each floor.
Interior: Machinery, floors and roof removed.
