7/30 Golders Farmhouse

II

Farmhouse. Early C17 with addition c.1700. Timber-frame cased with common
bricks, rendered and painted, red C18 brick; plain tile and asbestos tile
roof. Original hall and crosswing plan, one storey and one storey and attic,
(hall to right hand demolished and rebuilt C20); two storey extension to
left hand with end stack and parapet gable, plinth and band between floors.
Crosswing roof half hipped to main facade with original stack rebuilt above
ridge of hall replacement. Two first floor casement windows, one ground
floor window in segmental brick arch, boarded door to left hand. Crosswing
with four C20 casement windows.
