Dated 1859. Originally Manson's Almshouses. Gault brick. Single storey, 2 windows,
2-light small paned casements. Central panelled door in Gothic arch. Hipped asbesto
slate roof with brick stack. 2 windows on side elevation. 2 plaques; one records
the original building of the almshouses in 1738, the other their rebuilding in 1859.
