Built in 1804 with stone from St Benet's Church, Huntingdon. L-shaped, one storey
and attic, tiled mansard roof with 2 dormers with double hung sash windows. The
front has a 2 window range of double hung sashes, centred doorcase. 6-panel door
with 2 glazed panels, hood on console brackets. Brick end stacks. Derelict (1976).
