Circa 1825. Two storeys, brick with stucco front, painted. Slate roof, hipped
to centre. Wide plaster soffit to eaves. Rusticated quoins. Two windows,
hung sashes with centre bar only. Two later wood splay bays to ground floor
and centre stone porch with 'Gothick' details, 2 columns possibly based on
a design by P Decker with slender clustered shafts support moulded entablature
with pulvinated frieze. Door has two bolection moulded panels and 'Gothick'
fanlight. Over the porch is a wall treatment of decorative ogee tracery with
poppy head and crockets.
