Farmhouse, now house. Early-mid C19 with later additions and alterations.
Whitewashed pinkish-brown brick in Flemish bond with pantile roofs. 2-
storey, 3-bay centre with slightly-recessed single-storey, single-bay wings
and with range to rear. Entrance formerly to centre, now to rear a glazed
door. Central range: ground floor has 16-pane sashes with stone sills under
cambered heads, including to former entrance. First floor has 12-pane,
unequally-hung sashes to outer bays and blind opening to centre, all with
stone sills. Wings have blind window openings with stone sills and cambered
heads. Modillion eaves cornice throughout. Hipped roof and side stacks to
centre range, hipped roofs to wings. Built as a pair with Ivy House (qv).
