Farmhouse. Circa late C18 or early C19, extended in circa late C19. Stone rubble.
Slate roof with gable ends continued in catslide over rear service rooms. Brick
axial and end stacks.
Plan: Earlier range of double depth plan comprising central entrance with stair to
rear, 2 principal rooms to front heated by end stacks and service rooms to rear.
Extended on right hand gable end in circa late C19 with double depth range of 2 room
plan,. heated by an end stack.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Regular 3:2 window front. Earlier range on left has a
symmetrical 3-window front with complete early C19 16-pane hornless sashes.
Segmental dresed stone arches with key blocks. Central C19 6-panel door with C19
porch with cast-iron columns. Later C19 range to right has a regular 2 window front.
Interior: Not inspected.
