House. Mid C18. Brick with pantile roof. Double-depth plan with single
rooms to front and rear, entrance hall to left. 2 storeys, one first-floor
window. C19 panelled door and 12-pane sliding sashes beneath segmental
header arches. 2-course brick first-floor band. Stepped and cogged brick
eaves cornice. Brick-coped gables with shaped kneelers. Corniced end stack
to left. Interior contains inglenook fireplace and chamfered spine beam to
ground-floor front room. Undergoing renovation, including re-roofing, at
time of resurvey.
