Late C17 or early C18, altered. Formerly 3 cottages. 2 storeys
with lower extension at south-east end. No. 1, red brick;
No. 3, painted brick. Tiled roofs (no. 1 with modern asbestos
tiles) with brick corbelling at eaves. Plain band between
storeys. 3 windows. No. 3 later entrance bay with decorated
barge boards. Included for group value.

Nos. 1 and 3 form a group with Nos. 9 to 13 (odd) Church Street.
