Terrace of 3 cottages. Circa mid C19, rubble walls. Grouted scantle slate hipped
roof. Brick chimneys over cross wall towards left and at right-hand end. Cast-iron
ogee-section gutters.
Plan: 3 identical cottages except that middle cottage (Sea View) is mirror-image
plan of the others. Right-hand cottage has a 1-room plan wing, possibly originally
an office set back on the right. The cottages have lobby entrances to one side and
one room at the front.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Overall 3 window south-west front of 3 1-window-front
cottages. Middle cottage has its doorway on the right of the windows the other 2
have their doorways on the left. All have C20 doors. Left and middle cottage has
original 16-pane hornless sashes, the other cottage has later horned copies. Wing
set back on right has doorway at the front and 2 windows at its right-hand gable end.
The ground floor window is an original hornless sash with marginal panes and
diagonally set glazing bars at the corners.
