House, early C17. Timber-framed and plastered with brick
foundations and C19 gault brick casing to east gable. Local
brick ridge stack. Pantile roof. Two storeys, three unit plan
with lobby entry. Three first floor and three ground floor
casement windows and C19 panelled door. Interior has sealed
inglenook hearths, and stop-chamfered ceiling beams. Attic
floor approached by original moveable ladder. Balustrade of
splat balusters C18 illustrated in RCHM inventory.
