Cottage. Mid to late C17. Painted brick; plain tiled roof with gault brick ridge stack. Two storeys and attic, gable to street, three unit plan with lobby entry. Facade to north with C20 open gabled porch and half-glazed door, two first floor and three ground floor casement windows with glazing bars.

Interior: shared stack with inglenook hearth to central room, smaller hearth with rounded back and moulded mantel beam to north-west room. Ceiling beams with hallow ogee-moulding similar to mantel beam. Altered in the C19 to three cottages.
