Pair of houses adjoining No 80. Late C18 or early C19, 3 storeys, brick, slate
roof, wood eaves cornice, one stone string. Plain sash windows with glazing
bars, flat brick arched heads and stone sills. No 82 has 8-panel door, fluted
3/4 Roman Doric columns, semi-circular fanlight with fret, all set in semi-circular
arched opening. No 84 has later C19 stone porch on left hand return wall.
Cross Keys Public House. Nos 80 to 84 (even). Roman Catholic Church of St Mary,
Trustee Savings Bank and No 95 form a group with Building dated 1817 Nos 2 to 6 (even)
Dial Street.
