Cowshed range. 1856 by S S Teulon for the Crown Commissioners. Banded
orange-brown and red brick. Pantile roof. Rectangular on plan; forms east
side of foldyard. Single storey. West side: 14 bays. 6 central round-
arched openings, flanked by 4 narrower round-headed openings and a single
segmental-headed window to right, and a pair of segmental-headed doors and a
single window to left. 7 openings have board doors, the remainder either
without doors or with later blocking. Right return has pair of segmental-
headed board stable doors, row of pipe breathers, Stepped eaves and tumbled-
in brick to gable. Not fully investigated. One of a series of mid- C19
Crown estate buildings by Teulon. See item 6/76 for sources. Included for
