Farmhouse, c.1660 on bank of Old Croft River extended and altered C19 and C20. Soft,
red brick with thick mortar courses, English bond. Slate roof, originally thatched
with saw tooth eaves cornice and end parapets on kneelers of moulded brick. Two
storeys and attics. Three dormers with stepped gable end. The two storeys are framed
by rusticated plasters and divided by a plain band. Three casements, C20. Central
doorway with C20 porch of brick.
