Circa 1860 school in Gothic style. Coursed stone rubble with steeply pitched
plain tile roof with parapet. Gable ends with moulded kneelers and finial.
One storey and one storey plus attic. T plan. Central projecting gabled wing
with groups of three lancets with shouldered heads. Right hand wing has
arcaded timber loggia with gabled dormer above and half-hipped gable. Left
hand two large stone chimney stacks with set-offs on side walls of wings and
two tiers of 5-light lancets in gable end. Central timber belfry with
octagonal spire.
