House. Probably C18, raised and encased in late C19 - C20, with C20 front
porch and rear extension. Timber framing with mud-and-stud infill, encased
in brick, colourwashed. Pantile roof. Plan: 2 rooms with continuous rear
outshut and later extension to rear gable-end. Single storey with attic, 3
windows. Gable end to street has C20 gabled porch to right with plain board
inner door, 4-pane ground floor sash beneath timber lintel, attic sliding
sash. Tumbling to gable with later raised roofline. Left return has C20
porch to left, 4-pane sliding sash beneath timber lintel and 2 small 4-pane
casements to right. Central stack. Interior has indications of plastered-
over wall posts and exposed section of mud-and-stud infill to rear.
