3/155 Hell Corner Farmhouse

House. Late C18 with later extensions. Flint with brick dressings,
old tile roof, central brick chimney, later brick chimney to right.
2 storeys, 2 bays. Narrow first floor band course of chequered
brick, dentil eaves. 3-light wooden casements, central C20 half-glazed
door. Ground floor openings have segmental arches of alternate red and
vitreous header bricks. Blind oval in right gable. Outshot to rear,
on road side. Lower extensions at angle to right, part rebuilt C20,
incorporating former grain store. Interior has stop-chamfered spine
beams and renewed staircase in outshot in line with chimney.
