25/357 Sedrup and Ousel Cottages

Pair of houses dating from C17 or early C18. Sedrup Cottage is apparently
slightly the earlier. Coursed limestone rubble. Sedrup Cottage is also
colourwashed. It has a thatched roof while Ousel Cottage has a clay tile
roof. One storey and attics. W. elevation to road has one eyebrow dormer in
thatch and hipped dormer in tiles. Four ground floor casements, the right
hand one leaded. the E. elevation of Sedrup Cottage is hidden behind a large,
one storey flat-roofed extension. Ousel Cottage E. elevation is pebbledashed
and has three hipped dormers with leaded lights. C20 lean-to porch and one
storey extension to S. end.
