originally the cellar, has ground floor opening only, widened C20 and with C20
window; doorway to right with C20 thatched porch and C20 window to far right inn
lean-to.
Interior has some original chamfered ceiling beams and large hearth in original
right-hand room with C17 chamfered and stopped oak lintel and C19 cloam oven. Recess
to left-hand of this room, formerly in the middle room may be for built in settle or
for hearth. Rear wall partly removed, and with it possible evidence for lateral

Roof structure inaccessible but said to have been replaced following fire damage.
This building has been rather altered in the C20 making plan interpretation
difficult, but still retains some interest.
