GV II

House. Early C19. Dressed sandstone; hipped Westmorland slate
roof, in diminishing courses; stone ridge copings. Central
stack. 2 storeys, 2 bays. French windows to ground floor with
iron frames and glazing bars in geometric pattern. 2-light stone
mullioned windows to first floor, iron casements with diamond-
pattern glazing bars. Central blocked, Tudor-arched doorway.
Slightly recessed mid C19 extension to RHS (E) in matching
materials. 2 storeys; single bay. Matching windows.
Rear extensions, to N. and N.W, are not of interest.
