GV II
Public house. Circa early-mid C19. Stucco. Hipped grouted scantle slate roof with
projecting eaves. Brick chimneys over the side walls.
Plan: Double depth plan with wider reception room on the left and small parlour on
the right flanking an entrance hall leading to a stair hall between rear service
rooms.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Regular 3 window south-west front with doorway right of middle.
2 windows left of doorway and 1 window on the right, all with windows above.
Original 6-panel door and overlight with patterned glazing. Original 12-pane
hornless sashes.
At the left hand side wall towards the rear is a 6-panel door and overlight with
marginal panes and on its left is another 12-pane sash.
