Farmhouse and linked outbuilding. Late C18 with later alterations and rear
additions. Farmhouse: narrow brick in irregular English garden wall bond;
renewed pantiles and rendered brick chimneys; rear additions have rubble
masonry lower courses and renewed pantiles. Outbuilding: narrow brick in
irregular bond and renewed pantiles. Farmhouse has 2 attached rear wings and
is linked to outbuilding to right by short section of wall with segmental-
arched doorway.

Symmetrical, 2-storey, 3-bay farmhouse has central, replaced, part-glazed door.
Replaced top-hung casements have concrete sills and old gauged-brick flat
arches. Double brick band at eaves. Steeply-pitched roof has raised verges
and end chimneys.

Single-storey, 3-bay outbuilding has 3 breathers, set high in wall, and a
hipped roof.
Rear wings of farmhouse have mainly altered openings. Rear of outbuilding has
2 blocked segmental arches with inserted Dutch doors.
