II
House, built as keeper's lodge. c.1810. Dressed sandstone;
Welsh slate roof; central stone stack. Single storey, 3 bays of
which centre is gabled projection containing pointed-arched
doorway with 6-panelled door and semi-circular-headed lancet in
gable; casement windows with timber mullions, transoms and hood
moulds. Mid. C.20 extensions to S. and W. sides are not of
interest.
