House. Early C18, the rear wing incorporating C16-C17 structure. Flint,
knapped to front, with narrow brick dressings. Old tile roof, central
chimney with grouped shafts of narrow brick. T-plan. 2 storeys and
attic, 2½ bays. Off-set plinth, chequered brick first floor band course,
brick quoins and bonded window surrounds. Outer bays have C20 wooden
cross windows with barred lights, those to ground floor with chequered segmental
heads. Central half-bay has lobby entry with 4-panelled door and similar
segmental head, and narrow window panel above blocked with vitreous headers.
Gable ends have C20 wooden casements to main floors and attic. C20
conservatory in angle to rear of left bay, dairy in rear right angle.
Interior: stop-chamfered spine beam in ground floor left room; some
timber framing and heavy floor joists in rear wing.
