4/350 Tregean and Well Cottage and

Pair of cottages and adjoining cartshed. Circa early C19. Granite ashlar to front
of left-hand cottage (Tregean), otherwise painted granite rubble with granite
dressings. Asbestos slate roof adjoining taller party wall of Churchtown House qv.,
on the left, gable end on the right. Brick chimneys over the central cross party
wall and over the gable end. Grouted scantle slate roof over cartshed.
Plan: Double depth plan. Each cottage has a parlour or living room at the front on
its right; an entrance hall leading to stair hall on its left and there is probably a
kitchen behind each front room. Single-storey cartshed on the right.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Slightly irregular 3 window west front. Left-hand cottage has
2 window front with doorway under the left-hand window. Other cottage has doorway on
its left. Cartshed is built forward on the right. Panelled doors, Circa late-C19
or early C20 horned sashes.
