Former house, now offices. Circa 1830. Yellow stock brick with tuck
pointing, rendered plinth, moulded stone string at first floor level,
and altered parapet with stone coping. 2 storeys, 3 bays, the centre
bay slightly advanced. Sash windows: altered ground floor sashes are
without glazing bars and have rendered surrounds with glain off-set
cornices; upper sashes have central glazing bar, gauged white brick heads,
and stone sills on small panelled scroll brackets. Central 6-panelled door
has rectangular fanlight and whitewashed rendered surround with off-set
cornice hood on elaborate scroll brackets. Sides have 2-storey semi-
circular projections with flat eaves, sash windows and gauged white brick
window heads. Plainer wing to rear with flat eaves, 3-pane sashes and C20
metal casements. House is raised on terrace with low rendered dwarf walls
in front.
