Cottage. C17 and C19. Coursed sandstone rubble with coursed squared rock-faced
gritstone to rear. Gritstone dressings and large quoins to west. Slate roof
to rear, C20 concrete tile roof to front. Brick gable end stacks. Two bays, two
storeys. Double pile plan with rear C19 section much higher. South elevation -
central stone porch with painted bargeboards. Flush doorcase with C20 door. To
east sliding sash, to west similar window. Above to east, recessed and chamfered
2-light mullion window with small pane sash. To west, flush window with chamfered
mullion. East gable wall has recessed and chamfered mullion window in gable. To
rear, large C19 extension with glazing bar sashes.
