GV II

House. C17, altered C18 and C19 with C20 north addition. Rubblestone
with brick piers, bands and dressings. Brick north addition. Old tile
roofs. 2 storeys plus attic. 5 bay south front with outer bays
continued north as wings and C20 infill block between. South front
has end bays flanked by brick piers. Centre door in 4 centred stone
arch with cut spandrels, moulded arch and jambs. 2 bays either side with
box sashes with C19 3 pane sashes inserted. Oval bulls eye window above
door. Rubble plinth, brick band course and dentil eaves. Three 2-light
hipped dormers with original leaded casements. Segmental arches to
ground and first floor windows. Brick north addition of 3 storeys.
Outer wings in stone with brick gables. Conservatory at west side.
