Farmhouse. Circa mid C19. Killas and granite rubble with granite dressings and
brick arches over the openings. Dry Delabole slate U-plan hipped roof. Axial brick
chimney over the rear walls of the front rooms.
Plan: Double-depth plan. 2 rooms at the front flanking a central entrance hall
leading to stair hall between rear service rooms.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 3-window front. Central round-arched
doorway with original 4-panel door (top panels later glazed) and plain fanlight.
Large canted bay window (possibly original), right of doorway. Other windows in
openings spanned by segmental arches. Original hornless sashes with glazing bars.
Interior: Not inspected.
