Farmhouse, circa early C19. Rubble stone with granite quoins and lintels to ground
floor openings. Brick segmental arches to first floor openings. Hipped cement-
washed slate roof with gable end to rear projecting wing. Tall chimney stacks in
hipped ends. L-shaped plan. 2 storeys, symmetrical 2 wing front. Central double
glazed C20 door with glazing bars with 2 ground and 2 first floor 16-pane sashes
with ears. Blind window above entrance door. East side with stair window with
tall sash and gothic glazing bars. To west, shippon and loft with cartshed in
centre now used as store. Rubble stone with half hipped slate roof. 2 storeys,
symmetrical with central arched opening with segmental slate arches. Central
loading door above with very small opening flanking. Stairs to loft at rear.
Linked to house by single storey 1-bay cartshed with large cambered lintel and
corrugated roof. Interior not inspected.
