Farmhouse. Dated 1754 (on keystone). Coursed and squared rubble to east front,
render to side and rear walls, flush rusticated dressed stone quoins, copings,
openings and concrete tile roof. 2-storey, 5-window east front. All windows
are 6-pane C19 casements in original openings with fluted keystones to voussoirs.
Central upper window is segmental-headed with dated keystone. Central doorway
with semi-circular head, 6-panel door and spoked fanlight. Moulded plinth
course, flat section string course above 1st floor windows and blind parapet
ramped at ends with ball finials. 4 end reconstituted stone stacks.
