Middle cottage of 3. C18. Whitewashed rubble with upper rear wall of
unplastered cob. Thatched roof with rendered chimneys. 2 storeys. Almost
symmetrical. 4-pane horizontal sliding sash window on left with large 8-pane
horizontal sliding sash window on right. C20 stable door placed centrally and
approached by stone steps. Two 12-pane horizontal sliding sash windows above
ground floor windows. Chimneys on ridge at junction with flanking cottages.
Raised pavement continues in front of Clifton Cottage and Smyrna. (qv).
Interior much altered and not inspected.
