Early to mid C19. Stucco front with parapet, 3 storeys, tall Doric angle pilasters,
eaves level on tablature with ornate frieze. Central opening in parapet for
statue of swan. Slight central projection, 2:1:2 sash windows with glazing
bars in architrave surrounds, central window 3 light. First floor windows have
entablatures with consoles. Greek Ionic porch with cast iron railings to balcony
and between porch columns. Rectangular fanlight over door. 1 window wing on
left has carriageway.

No 50 forms a group with Nos 2 to 6 (even) Market Sauare.
