C16, C17, C19, and 1926. Timber-framed house, constructed in the first 2 phases, each
of 2 bays, with recladding and later conversion to 2 cottages, with modernisation at
the last date. Wide symmetrical front (west) of 2 storeys. Half-hipped tile roof,
with tile-fronted gables above the 2 upper windows. Walling of red brickwork English
bond, with cement covered plinth, the raised upper wall being of Flemish bond with
blue headers; each gable end has exposed framing (bricknogged) showing the later
raising of the roof, the rear upper wall has stretcher bond (of the last date) above
bricknogged framing. Modern casements. Two mid C19 porches with tile roof and
timber-framing (with corner posts of old re-used timbers), plain doors.
