Farmhouse. C17 & C18, addition early C19. Brick, thatched roof to older part,
slate roofed addition. 2 storey, 3 bay and stack/passage bay; at right-angles
at one end taller 2 storey, 2 bay C19 block. Front has addition at LH end to
LH of stable door in heavy frame. At LH end of original part early C19 gabled
but lugged, brick porch, with slate roof. To RH bay planked door over 2-light
casements. Other bays have 3-light casements on both floors. Raised 1st floor
band. Roof hipped. Large many flued stack above LH of centre bay. LH later
wing has 12-pane sashes on both floors and hipped roof with ridge stack.
