Farmhouse and outbuilding under 1 roof. House dated 1683. Roughcast
rubble, stone slate roof. 2 storeys. 2 first-floor windows to house, 1-bay
outbuilding on left. Plinth. House: central 4-pane door in chamfered,
quoined, ashlar surround with triangular soffit to lintel inscribed

"16 I C 83", with dripmould above. Ground floor, to left: paired 4-pane
sash windows in ashlar surround with flat-faced mullion. Similar window,
with drip-mould to right. First floor, to left: surround of 3-light
chamfered mullion window; to right, 4-pane sash window in surround of
3-light chamfered mullion window without lintel. Corniced end stacks.
Outbuilding: board door and 1 small window on each floor.
